These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of MultiVid ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
MultiVid lets you upload multiple video clips and combine them into a single grid ("split-screen") video. Free renders are watermarked and reduced in resolution. Spending a credit produces a clean, full-resolution version.
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must provide a valid email address and be able to receive messages at it.
You keep all rights to the videos you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you own the content or have permission to use it, and you grant us the limited, temporary right to process it solely to produce your combined video. You agree not to upload content that:
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, and do not use automated means to abuse free usage or resource limits.
We work to keep MultiVid running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MultiVid and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or videos. Because uploaded files are deleted automatically, you are responsible for keeping your own copies. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MultiVid and its operator from any claims, damages, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the content you upload, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of anyone else's rights. This includes any claim that footage you uploaded infringed someone's copyright or privacy.
MultiVid is operated as an independent online service. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment, agency, or joint-venture relationship between you and us.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or abuse the Service. Unused credits associated with an account terminated for violations are forfeited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your state/country — e.g. "the State of California, USA"], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the courts located there.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
